How to use
Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
When the taste is strong, place it between your gum and cheek. The nicotine will be absorbed through the lining of your mouth.
After the taste fades, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again.
Continue repeating steps 2 and 3 for approximately 30 minutes.
Chew a piece of gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Over time, you’ll need to use fewer pieces of gum to manage nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. We recommend gradually reducing the number of pieces of gum you chew each day.
